STEP 2: SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP

Our team will guide you through the whole process and set you up with a membership. All you need to do is turn up and have fun!

STEP 3: COMPLETE 5 X 1-1 SESSIONS WITH A COACH

Your dedicated coach will take you through all the exercises you will need to learn safely in order to feel confident in class!

STEP 4: JOIN THE COMMUNITY - HAVE A BLAST!

Join our facebook group; Get yourself into 3 sessions a week to start; Have fun, ask questions and GET FIT!

*Joining fee £69 for 5 x 1-1 sessions mandatory, unless 6 months previous experience of CrossFit in a licensed CrossFit facility.
